Due to the ever changing costs of both softwood and hardwood lumber (increases and decreases), it is not possible to print a price list. However you may call, or e-mail us for a current pricing on any of our items.

Discount Policy
Discounts are based upon volume of purchase with special consideration given to industry related business.
Special Orders
A special order item is any product we do not stock in our stores or is a custom order product.  This includes all flex moulding.  ALL special order items must be paid in advance.  ALL special order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  A signature is required on the Special Order Agreement form prior to the order being placed.
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with original sales receipt. After 5 days, Items returned in sellable condition will be credited at a 20% reduction for stocking fees.   All special order items are non returnable all sales final.
No Cash Refunds – a refund against customer credit may be refunded by Custom Moulding check within 30 days, thereafter customers will have a store credit good for up to 1 year.
General Information
Due to availability of lumber size and separate milling times, patterns of moulding may vary slightly. The pattern may also vary from wood (softwood) to wood (hardwood). We strive to maintain the strictest quality in all our products. All information included in this site is as accurate as possible. Custom Moulding and Accessories cannot be held responsible for misprints or omissions. If however there was ever a question in regards to profile design, size, etc. Custom Moulding and Accessories strongly suggests that physical specifications are taken on current inventory prior to specking in any designs. The hardness of the wood has nothing to do with hardwood or softwood. The deciding factor is the needle on softwood trees and the leaf on hardwood trees. Hardwood is the more durable of the two.
